RXCVRDO Sounds is run by [Company name] Ltd. Creators upload the sounds sold here and promise they own or have cleared everything in them. We take rights claims seriously and act on them quickly.

Reporting a sound

If you believe a sound, pack or beat on this site uses your work without permission, use the report form below (there's also a "Report this sound" link on every item page). Please include:

• your name and contact email, and who owns the rights (you, or the person or company you act for);
• a link to the sound on our site;
• what the original work is (title, artist, release, and where it can be found);
• why you believe this is infringing (for example, which part of the sound is taken from the original);
• confirmation that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in your report is accurate and you're the rights owner or authorised to act for them.

You don't need an account to report. Reports that knowingly misrepresent infringement may make the sender liable for the damage caused.

What happens next

1. We review reports promptly, usually within [3] working days.
2. While we look into a credible report, we may hide the sound and freeze the creator's earnings from it.
3. If we uphold the report, we remove the sound, stop all downloads of it (including by people who already bought it), and hold the creator's earnings from it.
4. We tell the creator, with the reason, unless the law or an investigation prevents it.
5. Creators who repeatedly upload infringing material lose their accounts.

Counter-notices (for creators)

If your sound was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the rights, email [email address] with: the sound's link, why you believe you have the right to sell it (with evidence, such as a sample clearance or licence), and confirmation that the information is accurate. We'll review it and may restore the sound. We may share your counter-notice with the person who reported it.
